The RL Update

Met up with Ha-san to celebrate her birthday though it's belated. We went to eat lunch at Sakae Sushi where we basically stuffed ourselves with...yeah, sushi. Duh. Not that I'm complaining...since I dig sushi. Haha. I ate at Sakae Sushi with my family the very next day too. Anyway, after that we spent the rest of our meet up confined in a room with disco lights, huge LCD flat screen tv and two microphones in our hands. Sweet~ 26 April 2009 
Met up with my poly clique (Bayah, Dayang and Kamila) for some catching up. Okay. We actually spent most of our time confined in a room with disco lights, huge LCD flat screen tv and two microphones in our hands. YES, people. I went karaoke again just one week after the K-fest with Ha-san. Haha. I can't help it. I enjoy going for karaoke sessions. Hard to resist you know? Oh! Oh! Before we went for the karaoke session, we saw six Lamborghinis passing down the stretch of road near the Singapore Visitors' Centre at Orchard Road. How cool is that? I made Mimi spent close to 200 bucks on that day. I managed to persuade her to buy the Twilight DVD Treasure Boxset, a Swatch watch (pretty~) and He's Just Not Into You book. Hehehe. 1 May 2009 
Went to Jusco Tebrau City with my family to celebrate my birthday as well as my 2nd bro's (our birthday falls on the same day). Initially, we planned to go to Red Box to book a room for our umm...K-fest but they could only fit us into their waiting list at 4.30pm and at that point of time, it was only 11.30am! Sigh. What to do...It's a public holiday afterall. Anyway, after that we decided to watch X-Men Origins: Wolverine which was alright. Truthfully, I enjoyed watching Fast and Furious 4 more. Haha. My mom got us a birthday cake at Secret Recipe. It was tasty and yet very filling. You wanna know why? It's because my mom bought us a chocolate cheesecake. Heavy stuff! Aaah! 2 May 2009 Had a pretty quiet birthday celebration with the 5kis. There! I've said it, Shawn. You just have to accept the fact. Haha! Watched 17 Again with ST and CJ (more on the movie in the next entry). Shawn and Andy met up with us for dinner at Mos Burger where we spent some time cam whoring and reminiscing our secondary school days yet again. 3 May 2009 
My aunt took my brothers and I out for high tea at Chatterbox Coffeehouse, Meritus Mandarin Singapore. Initially, she wanted to take us to Shangri La but the place was fully booked. Urgh. It was such a pretty and expensive place to go man...'cause I saw a Rolls Royce and other conspicuous looking cars over there. Anyway, high tea at the Chatterbox was quite delightful. The prawns were freaking fresh...And gosh, the laksa was tasty to boot! But I'm the type who look for desserts when I go for high tea and unfortunately, there wasn't a lot of variety for them. And after that, my aunt took us for a mini Singapore tour. We took the cable car from Mount Faber to Sentosa where we wandered around for a while. I haven't been to Sentosa in years. Haha. Lastly, we had our dinner at Queen and Mangosteen, Vivo City. The food over there was delicious. I enjoyed the food very much. So yummy~ I wanna go again! But I gotta save up first... Haha. My aunt got me a necklace from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. So pretty~ I love it! 8 May 2009 Met up with Ha-san again for my belated birthday celebration this time. Ha-san treated me to the movies (guess the movie!) and dinner and the FF Concert ticket. (cries) So generous la! I'll treat you next time once I'm employed man... I will! 11 May 2009 Going to meet up with Yunru and Sha at Bugis for some catching up. Can't wait.  Oh! And it's close to 4am now and I'm supposed to meet Sha at 11.20am. Go figure. I'd better go to bed now. I'll write on the next entry sometime later in the day... |
